Buying Assistance

Looking for help in determining price. Going to look at a 71 C10 Suburban with a factory 402 bb with auto trans. Came with factory a/c and I'm being told that the headliner and all a/c ducting in headliner is in tact. Body is solid, few dents and small holes in rockers. Truck runs and drives. Paint is patinad. Interior is a little rough. Seat is torn. Wood in back is solid. All glass in tact. They are asking 3 grand for truck. Seem like a good price. Looks like a good starter project. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
