4" Tuff Country leafs up front with ORD extended greasable shackles, rear has 2" blocks I think, they were in there when I got the truck, not sure if factory or not, but they do have bumpstop pads on the side. Tires are 315/75R16 Kumho MT KL71, and it has 2.5" spacers between the duals in the rear and 1.5" spacers up front. The 1.5" spacers used to be on the rear when I had 285/75R16, but they weren't wide enough for the 315s so I moved them up front for a wider stance. I have no idea on the hitch, it was from something else, cut down for the narrower frame rails and rewelded. It was that way when I got the truck.
