Hey, guys. I'm in the process of swapping my starter with the O'Reilly one mentioned and noticed the broken gear in the old one. What do you think caused this? I don't want the new one to break. It's a PITA since I had to drop the header. I recently swapped the factory harness for a Painless. For a while it was fine until CLANK coming from the starter when I tried to crank it one day.
