I've got a problem (again)

I left for work this morning and tried to drive my truck and about halfway down the road the truck started to jerk, I let off the gas pedal and then accelerate it stops and when I pull the choke out it stops also. We can't figure it out, but we need some serious help with this because it is extremely irritating.

Edit: I've changed the filter in the carb behind the bolt that connects it to the fuel filter and replaced that fuel filter twice and put one on the fuel pump for an extra filter. It stopped for a while and then started again recently.
