Cant spin tires
i have a 72 gmc, longbox, it has a rebuilt 350, tweeked a little, and a turbo 350 tranny., we figure the engine is good for about 340 horse. the rearend is a 12 bolt, posi. even from a dead stop, i cant spin tires. i tried brakestanding, and same. they dont spin. the tires are fairly tall, im not 100% sure, but i think 305/75/15. i think those are the numbers. im not sure bout the ratio in the rear. Any ideas what i can do to make it easier to roast rubber. i sorta wanna be able to cook some rubber when i hear these import guys talking down the old muscle. I know the easiest way to roast rubber is more torque, but that requires money. anyhelp is greatly appreciated.
thanx dale
