Dually guys get in here!

Might be picking up a 82 single cab dually shortbed 454 th 400.
The body is rough but seems the running gear is solid. Thinking of just slamming it and stick steel black wheels, shoot it flat black and tint the windows and make a fun cruiser.

Is ther a set of steel 17'' dually wheels? Can I make the rear from dually and just put one large wheel and tire on rear? Is it as easy to lower as any other 73-87 chevy?

But I wanna make this fun, maybe fast, low and loud!
