6 cyl engine ID assistance
Hi all .. I am new to the board as well as the new owner of a basket case 1962 Chevy C10 Stepside shortbed. She has a 3 sp manual in the floor and I was told the engine is not original and is a 292 engine. The engine is defiantly a straight 6. The engine ID # is F0409PC. Here is my problem .. I can't find a PC designation in any of the chevy engine code lists. Any ideas ? Thank in advance for the help.
