need help on some question on front disc set up

Found a front disc set up for my 70 c10 the set up is a 71 stock spindle set up with rotors and a caliper yes its missing the other one for $100 from a buddys friend so heres my questions I know I have to convert the outer tie rods does this mean I have do the inner has well do they have special adj. sleeves if they I dont have to change inners also do I have to change ball joints im doing this set up and planning to run drop springs
