problem:not so low

So my 63 is going back together and part of the project included drop spindles and 1" lower springs in the front and 4" lower springs in the rear. The problem is it doesn't look much lower than when I started. Considering as well the new tires are 235/75 15 and the old ones on the truck were 205/75 15 I expected the top of the tire to be much closer to the bottom of the fender. Could I have possibly received stock coils? or is this look correct for the pieces I have installed. I have included the "bringing home pic" for comparison both pics are of the truck sitting on its 4 wheels.
