Herculiner

Anyone here ever used Herculiner (roll on bedliner)? One of the PO's had put a thin coat of roll on bedliner in the bed. There is a hint of rust coming through. It's something I wasn't going to worry about for a while but figure now is as good of time as any to put some effort into it.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Should I get in the bed with a wire wheel and clean up some of the surface rust coming through and then reapply some Herculiner?

Anyone ever used the roll on bedliner and have any pointers on getting an even coat and clean lines on the edges???
