Would you fix or replace this fender?

Asking around local, most say replace it with a new one. I know the chances of finding a GM fender will be slim to none, so I'd be stuck with a crappy fitting reproduction.
The only rust/rot is on the lower front cup and the rear lower section.. the rest of the fender is perfect, no dings, dents or rust.
