Clicking when I turn wheel

I've begun to notice a clicking noise when I turn the wheel on my truck. It doesn't seem to be coming from the power steering pump, it seems to be on the driver's side, it does it when you turn right or left but not on the return, and it doesn't always occur in the same position. I put my hand on the steering box but could not feel a corresponding ping there when the noise occured. I looked at the suspension too and didn't see anything obvious. Any ideas?

Thanks.
