different cam and rearend ratio

I have a 66 c10 shortbox, with a 2 bolt main 400 engine out of a 1971 impala, with a auto tranny in it. Motor is out for a little fresh up nothing special, right now I don't know what cam it has, but if I was going to change it what should I put it it? Next question, it is running 3.73 gears changing to limited slip so I can make honest double stripes!! Should I keep 3.73 or go to 4:11?
