Is it a wheel bearing problem??
Hey all,
While I have been redoing the brakes etc I have noticed some slight movement in the passenger side front hub. If I grab the backing plate at the top it will rock slightly with just a bit of movement. When I look behind the hub I can see the movement is around the king pin. I also noticed that the grease nipple is missing so wondered if replacing it and regressing might take up the slop?? Any ideas re king pin, tie rod adjustments that might help. I see in the manual that there are some adjusting points just not sure where or what to look for. Could it be wheel bearings or any other issue. Was hoping to get on for rego inspection this week but this could kill that idea. Everything was going so well! Posted via Mobile Device |
