Yes, but it HAS to be a circuit that has power at all times NOT an ign circuit that has power only with the key on. Something such as the interior lights circuit should work.
Personally I do not like piggybacking off another fuse, these old truck's wiring harnesses are stressed enough as it is, I prefer to run a wire directly from the battery to a second fuse panel and run power for accessories such as this radio off of that, keep in mind you are running a ~200w radio off a power source designed for a ~30w radio
