Ignition gremlins

283 with HEI conversion. Checked power in from fuse block where it enters coil pack is hot. Pulled no. 1 plug and cranked again, no fire at plug. The fuse for the coil was blown and I replaced it. Kill switch is on. Blown coil pack?
