Manifold vacuum

So I am a nub when it come's to vacuum advance and all that crazy stuff. Stock 305 with a quadrajet and EGR valve is capped. My question is which one of these three vacuum sources is manifold vacuum. Is it the vacuum tree behind the carb, the little tee coming off the carb or the single line on the bottom of the carb?Name: 037.jpg

I have read that I should run manifold vacuum because the egr system is disabled.
