Condition is everything, and if the condition matches the low miles and the truck checks out, then hell yes I'd pay $9000 for it. You can't buy low mileage and original very often; if the truck is truly original (interior, paint, etc.) and it's been well-maintained, then I'd pay the $9000. It's top of the market pricing, but it'd be worth it - to me, anyways.
Then again - consider the source. I have a 45k-mile 1986 CJ7, a 35k-mile 1991 Suburban, and an 86k-mile 1966 Mercedes. The Porsche has 140k miles on it, but it was a one-owner, well-maintained car so the low-mileage original thing became less important to me. The closer to factory original, the better the vehicle in my opinion.
