steering wheel ???

I am getting my new exhaust on today and i figured i would have the people put on my steering wheel for me, because i dont have a steering wheel puller.

it is a steering wheel from a 94 full size blazer. They called me and told me that they couldnt hook up the horn. I told them not to worry about it, and that i would handle it. I know i have seen a thread on how to get the horn to work on these types of steering wheels.
can somebody show me the thread, or tell me how.
