who pulls to the right when braking

Was doing search to find out why my 90 v10 pulls to the right when braking. I located a few posts that state due to the sag and dive that occurs when braking that the steering design of our blazers will cause the truck to pull. When I install my 4" lift Im going to use a raised steering arm and dual stabilizers along with new rotors and calipers to hopefully cure this problem. So how other blazers out there pull to the right under braking and what did you do to (try and) fix it?
