1/2 or 3/4 ton identification
Im picking up this truck in 2 weeks from a guy who is selling it on craigslist.
He wrote in the ad that the truck is a 3/4 ton c10 and when i went to take a look the fender badges read c10; but to my knowledge c10 = 1/2 and c20 = 3/4 ton. The truck has seen some work done to it about 10 years ago (new paint, new box, etc.) so i am hoping somebody either swapped front fenders or badges and that it actually is a 3/4 ton. I should have pulled the caps off the wheels and taken a closer look but as i am sure a lot of you know when your excited about looking at a new truck you often forget to do these things. Can anyone see any clues that would indicate this truck to be a 3/4 ton? thanks in advance.
