Just how rare is this truck? ('74 K10)

I got a good deal on a '74 K10 at a farm auction a couple weeks ago - and even though it's a flatbed 6 cyl. now, this was one heck of a truck when it rolled off the line.

1974 Chevy Cheyenne Super
K10, long bed/fleetside
454/auto
Options include PS, PB, A/C, AM/FM, tinted glass, HD shocks, two tone Rosedale red/white, roof marker lights, and a baffling one to me: "delete high energy" option on the SPID.

Anybody know how many big block K10's were made in '74?
