Por 15 During Winter?

I am planning out my next 4 weeks or so and had originally wanted to get frame prepped and Por 15'd, but not sure if I can use it on sub 10* weather. Sorry if its a dumb question, just never used it and wanted some input. If you have used it in freezing temperatures, how did the application go? Thanks!
