Can 62-66 Dual Side Molding fit 60-61?

Almost all 62-66 c10 I see have the single side molding that turns into dual side moldings down the doors and bed but I never see them on a 60-61. I know that the 60-61 c10s didnt come with them stock but arent they the same truck? Im surprised I havent seen any with these added to them....even the c10 parts magazine only list these moldings for 62-66 c10s. Any ideas or facts that Im not seeing? Heres pictures for reference
