PCV/Breather Element questions

Hey guys! Been a while since I've posted, haven't needed to be under the hood much this winter (thankfully!) But, it's warming up and I'm sure I'm not the only one out there itchin' to get their spring tune up in!

I was going to restore my PCV system on my 250 I6 when I ran into some snags the only part my o'reillys seems to carry is the PCV valve itself, and no other components to the system:

Grommets are shot.. Don't know where to get replacements, my o'reillys doesn't carry the ones I need, they ones they looked up in their computer didn't look right. Where can I get a grommet set that has all of the valve cover grommets that I know for a fact are the right ones for the truck? Or will just any grommet that fits in the hole work?

Also, they have a replacement breather element, but they don't have any of the other fixtures.. such as I need to replace the elbow the feeds from the valve cover into the breather element, which is located inside my original air filter housing, but no one carries such a thing or even seems to know what that is.. I tried to use a piece of heater hose a long time ago to replace the breather element 'elbow' but it's not a proper piece, the non-pre-bent hose that i am using bent in place is putting stress on the grommets, which caused the original rotten rubber to crap out on me.

What I need: a good place to find the grommets that I need, and this mystical 'breather elbow'

Can post pictures in a day or two so that you can gain a better point of reference..

Thank you for your help!

Also, seen these chrome valve covers and pushrod cover sets on ebay for $40, are they junk?
