Correct carb for 72 402BB?

Tried searching for the part numbers here, but didn't come up with much. I have a 72 402 BB out of a c-20, that was said to be an automatic. From the little info I found, most carbs for an automatic (I know the BB comes with a TH400 with electric kick down, but from what i've seen, the carbs still have the arm or the cable) have the extra bracket on the linkage for the kick down cable, but mine does not have that.
The carb number is 7042206 QA with 1172 under it.
I was told it worked good, so i didn't plan to rebuild it..though second guessing that choice now. Whoever rebuilt it last did not put the choke assembly back together correctly, so the choke could only open half way
