2nd/3rd Row Seats

Hi all, I've been searching around the forum and haven't found quite the answer I need. I've been shopping around for a 'Burb, kind of waiting to find the right one. My question is regarding the seats.

I understand the third row seats are tough to find, is it better to hold out for a truck that has them installed or to find the best truck I can and then search for the seats?

Also, is the wide second row seat the same dimensions as the third or is it too wide to fit between the wheel wells? I'm assuming it doesn't fit, because it seems to easy a solution.
