Picked up some more rarities NOS Hickey fender flares and manual tank switching valve

I know the tank switching valve isn't super rare but around here they are pretty hard to come by and this is only the second one I have found. I wish there were more available since it seems the electric ones seem to have so many issues.
The really great piece I came up with is the NOS set of Hickey fender flares. They were a challenge to get as I initially contacted the seller over a month ago and never heard anything back. Then one day I get a cryptic text that says Yes VickHick New. Wasn't exactly sure what it meant but did know I had been searching for Hickey stuff so I sent a text back asking if it was about a Chevy truck or Hickey stuff and heard nothing. I got to thinking about it and remembered the flares. I sent another text asking if this is what it was about. Still nothing. I decided that is what it had to be about and called the guy. I was right. Made the 200 mile round trip and they are now home with me. The seller had received these from Hickey under warranty in 1982 after some manufacturing defect on the set he had on his 77 Jimmy. He never got around to installing these. Not sure what I will do with them as these are the big flares that you have to cut the body. I guess if I get a rusty Jimmy or truck it will be a good candidate for these. Either way I am pleased. I didn't want to unwrap them all of the way so only opened the part with the cast HE logo. Hope you like them!
