Colum indicator help, Tilt vs. Non-tilt indicator

The PO had glued down the gear indicator fiber optic housing and I am tring to find a replacement. My column does not tilt but the housing was for a tilt column, Part # 7 in the link. I prefer the look of #7(tilt) over #8(non-tilt).

My question is will both indicators work on a non-tilt column? Are the mounting tabs and screw hole locations the same? I sure one of you parts yard scouring experts can tell me. Thank you.
