Hanging front clip without cab

I'd like to hang the front clip on the truck to check some clearances between the hood and engine & hood and core support. I've attached the core support the frame and the fenders to the core support.

Can anyone provide a height measurement for the rear of the fenders (or inner fenders) relative to a point on the frame? I'm thinking inner fenders relative to the cab support would be easiest ("rear of inner fenders 1" above top of cab support" for example).

Thanks!
