little tricks
I learned a little trick today, purely by accident, I applied some filler to a vintage license plate, but hadn't added enough catalyst, so it didn't kick. I sprayed it down with carb cleaner and a wire brush to remove the filler, to discover you can remove alot more rust and what-not with a wire brush just by spraying a little carb cleaner on it! I scubbed the plate alot before adding the filler and was confident nothing else was coming off, but with the carb cleaner, ALOT came free!
anyone else have a little trick that works well for them? -Eric
