Trany leak (radiator lines install)

Well, a couple of days ago, I noticed a small stain under my truck and after evaluation it is coming from the tail of the trany. It had never done that and it has been sitting in this spot for the last 6-7 months.
The only thing I did around the same time frame that I noticed was that I installed my radiator and installed the lines that go to it from the trany.
Would the installation process of the lines have played a role in the trany having leaked some fluid? It does looks like it is drying now, but won’t know until I clean it and/or move it from the spot.
Was I supposed to do the line install in a specific manner? Reason I ask is because I had to remove radiator/lines again to install new radiator pads so in case I need to follow a specific process. Thanks.
