Arrow Swap a 250 & 4-speed w/ a 305/350 & NV4500/5600?

Hey, I was curious, thinking about swapping my 250 I-6 and NP 435 with either a 305 or 350 backed with either an NV4500 or NV5600.

-Would they slide into place after I made new mounts?

-Would the shifter line up with the existing hole in the floor?

-What new hoses and wires would I have to connect, especially if it was one with a throttle body instead of a carburetor?

Thanks a bunch!
