not a bad idea. i am leaning towards a hinged plate. the magnets are a neat idea, but i would be afraid of loosing them or some passer-by snatching them for the heck of it.
i may also be able to use a thumb screw and tap a hole in the fairlead face. i am leaning towards the hinged apparatus though. |
