Measure from the ground and record the measurement at the top of the frame horns. Do the same with the core support cushion mounting brackets. What is it? Have you placed a level across the frame horns? Have you placed a level across the frame at the back? These old work horses have been through a lot and it's not uncommon for there to be some frame twist.
