looking to upgrade to power steering, had ?'s...

Friend purhased a 1977 c10, it does not have power steering.

Is there any kit to purchase that would take care of this?
What all does the swap entail?

They are trying to make it more daily driver friendly.
I've never upgraded one of these to power from manual non power.
Any input is appreciated.

She also mentioned the clutch pedal is super stiff, difficult to engage.
Anything that can be done to make it easier to press in or is that something that just is the way it is?

I haven't had a chance to test drive it myself, to know if its normal and it may just seem really difficult to her since her other manual is a honda civic
