In fact she is Debbie from American Graffiti. Although he's rather blurry, the guy looking in the window of the speed shop is Toad. About 10 years ago these 1/25th figures were included in packages of hot wheels. There was also a Wolfman Jack figure but he doesn't really fit into my diorama.
