Floor Pan Problems

I have been stuck on the rear part in my cab. I can get everything to fit just fine. My problem comes with the closure of the door... It fits perfectly fine up top (With plenty of gap for weather stripping) but the bottom is a really tight fit.. (Little to no room for weather stripping). Any suggestions on how to get the bottom part of the door pillar to favor the back of the truck more so that I can get my gap back?

And I know but I don't have access to my truck till the weekend (It's 40 miles south of my house).

Here are the items I am stuck on (And have cut away the original metal):

Driver side-

Bottom Door Pillar Replacement
Rear Floor Pan/Inner Rocker Piece
Cab Corner
Rear Cab Support
Rocker Panel
