Help trying to mount buckets in a '67

Hey guys,
I have finally got 1969 c10 buckets after a long search but now the problem is mounting them for two reasons:

1. I don't have a console for spacing

2. 67 didn't originally come with buckets (see below)

I have read a ton of other threads about doing the conversion and most of these have seemed straight forward by looking for factory dimples in the floor and that's where the seats and console would mount. 1967/8 don't have this because it was never an option.

So my two hopes on how to install these are either get the exact measurements of a centre console so I can make a wood box for spacing, and/or somehow get a template I can lay over my floor. What do you guys think?

Mike
