Muncie M21 4spd replacement for a Saginaw 441, fitment/dimensions questions

I just blew my Saginaw 441 transmission last week . Been trying to find a Muncie M21 to replace it with.

My question is: How much of a change will the placement of the rods/linkages be on the Muncie? I have a floor Hurst shifter that I know is compatible with the M21, but I'm not sure where it will come up through the floorboard when I have it attached to the Muncie trans.
