Live and learn. Thought I scored today.

A couple of months ago I sold a 6.2 diesel engine to a guy. He had mentioned that his friend was at an estate auction and came across a new GMC grill still in the box. He called the guy who bought bought my engine knowing he had a GMC and was told to buy it. Once it got back home he realized it was for a newer style as he had a 79 model.

He told me what he would take for it. So today I made the trip and picked it up. It wasn't until I got back home that I ran the number that was on the box. 15553637 is the number which come back to a 91 van. A van grill???? SMH.

It is a nice new grill though. Lol. I guess I should have run the numbers while I was there picking it up. Oh well.
