2004r slipping at wot

2004r, about a year or sold old. Lately it feels as if it is slipping at wot. Like when I go wot, the engine revs really high and it takes a bit for it to 'catch' and then it will accelerate. It seems as if this is a recent thing, but it drives perfect in all other conditions besides wot. I did adjust the throttle valve cable using the little cam that BTO uses, but I wouldn't think that would be related? What could this be? It's practically new, I hope it's not screwed up. My servo did start leaving, and I took it to BTO and they fixed the seal for free, could that be related to anything?
