What kind of wheels are these?

So, I bought some 16", 6 lug wheels off of ebay, sandblasted and power coated them only to find out they don't fit on my '72 heavy-half 4wd. The center hole on the "new" wheels is about 3 7/8" diameter. My old "wagon wheel" rims have a center hole diameter of 4 3/8".

So, my question is: what the heck did I buy? The rims are 16" x 5 1/2" with a 3 7/8" diameter center hole. Are these really Chevy truck rims or did I just get screwed?? If they're for real then I guess I'll put them up for sale on eBay. If not, then I'll just kiss them (and my money) goodbye.

Any advise???
