Yes that is a Highlander! 611 Blue Plaid is the identifier.
More to the point this truck is the reason for this thread. That is to weed out and identify the "Hidden Highlanders" (like this one) that have been almost or completely changed out. To many people the white belts would be the question. To us its why did they change it? :-)

But somehow I don't see you shipping it home to Ventura.
