I believe this is the right one, checked several places, . I got the MOOG CK620036 and MOOG CK620037. The driver side looks like this, the other side is the castle nut that you normally see.

It came with a washer, but I didn't use it. The instruction says to use it on the steering linkage, and I know it didn't have a washer when taking it apart. If I can put washer in without causing any problem, that's what I will do. I was worried I missed something again.
