I can give an estimate. lol With a 390 holley, headers(any kind), HEI and a lump port head with 1.86 intake valves and stock exhaust valves I'd say about 40 more hp than stock....so close to 170-180 hp I think. I don't remember the hp specs on the 250's as of now. You'd really be wasting time not adding a little more lift on the cam at least. I'd go a step over stock with a cam if I was doing a light build. Comp cams has some good grinds for cheap.
