65 C-10 Stepside Fender Fuel Door Kit

I relocated the gas tank on my truck and installed the bed, fenders, etc.

The aftermarket tank has a side filler pipe, so the fuel door needs to be installed in the fender.

At one time, I saw a filler door that could be welded into the fender -- it even had the correct curve to fit the fender shape.

However, I cannot find it again.

Does anyone know of such a creature? Or have other suggestions?
