What's the value on these C10?

Sorry to keep asking questions just new to the C10 trucks. Anyway I was out with mine today, it's a 69 black long bed CST. Mostly original, well except the engine and cluster... But is in real good shape. Original paint is black, original interior as far as I was told. Has bondo in some small areas but been a Florida truck. It's no show stopper but in really good shape. So I was out today with my daughter and was stopped by a person claiming to know about C10 trucks. He saw mine, liked it and told me it's a min 10 grand truck and to not mod it. Well of course my plans are to keep it original as I can so no issue there. Looking on eBay some are going for really high dollar signs... Makes me wonder what is the common truck going for? 7 k ? 10 k? I will try to post pics, not trying to sell just hoping when I bought it 2 weeks ago that I got a good deal on it.
