Question Cab changing

Just wondering if anybody has done this before. My problem is that I dont have a way to lift the cab up enough to put it on the pickup. I thought about renting a forklift maybe? I dont have a shop or anything like that. Wondering if you tie some extra strength rope between two trees and put some kind of pulley in the middle. I dont really know. What do ya think?
