Help identify tubular control arms

got these from a friend who said they came from a 67 c10 he thinks. I guess the guy he got them from is on his death bed and has no information on them. please help me identify these control arms. not sure about the lower attaching point to the frame, because it's different then how my stock one bolts up. I also have the springs for this setup.not really sure what they are but they're supposed to be lowering springs for what he said.any help or input would be greatly appreciated.
